this exam is driving me nuts
i apologise to anyone who is affected by my "extraordinary" behaviour during this exam period, esp glen and aloysius who was perpertually under the torment being touched by me for the sake of "good karma", and wenjie who threathened me with physical violence cos i was acting unmasculiningly towards him.
speaking frankly i dunno why i said or this these things. my brain is abit wrecked up nowadays, and i kepp having funny images in my head...very frstrating...must be too stressed up. well i dun think anyone would be in the right state of mind if he sleep at 2 am for the past 1 1/2 weeks without any good rest....so sorry for anyone that i've offended either physically or verbally!
my behaviour is getting very weird too...dunno.aybe same reason as aboe...as getting really bImBoISh LikE tHiS iSnT VerY GoOD leH..HAHA...
this week is the adjusting period, must get back to my already microscopic sanity.
after just two days of revealing of results and i already have 6 points, to be precise, 6 A1s!!! yippee!!!
this shows that my rearmament programme is a success, to a large extend.
to add to my happiness i was being recognised by the buckley house in recognition for wat i've done for the house....actually only one or two contribution..but nvm it is among our few achievements this yr...hahaha...
i've been awarded A1 for my CCA as well!! i dunno how i do it, but i've ahieved it nevertheless. well i have set an example to anyone that U CAN STILL EXCEL IN UR CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES EVEN THOUGH U R A COMPLETE LOSER AND FAILURE IN UR CORE CCA!!!
so despite the fact that i didnt do very well for my eng and lit, thus tarnishing my perfect A record, im nonetheless exhilarated! lets hope that bio will do well tomolo and add to my collection ;)

saw this horrible atricle on strait times where ppl is paying 350k for a pre-war house. that itself is not horrible, but the horrible thing is that i've just found out that U DONT AcTUALLY OWN A HOUSE IN SINGAPORE!!!
each govt flat is actually "leased" to "tenants" on a 99-year basis, whic means after ur 99 years is up, poof, ur house is gone unless u r willing to pay for it again.
so ppl r like paying installments year after year and by the time they have pay up their loans, they have to start paying all over again. man this is pathetic!!!
so even though ppl argued that govt flat is cheap and u dont need all that extra add-ons, i think i am willing to buy a private land or condominium, even though i would have to fork out more, but hey! at least i could pass down to my grandchldren for 999 years?
u knoe with that kind of money needed to buy flat u could buy bigger and more spacious properties with perhaps ur very own swimming pool plus some extra money to buy a big land rover and furnish ur house in other countries like france or USA.
no wonder ppl r migrating.

damn why must they merge together? just because this teeny little television company is threathening mediacock's presence then they must merge?
firstly i dun believe that there is no space for two television companies. just look at hong kong! there is two of them too, and even though i sux like bloody shit they still continued the business! why? to promote competition! it is only through this healthy competition that there will be improvement! just look at what happened to channel 8 4 yrs ago. i mean can u bear to look at the television screen at all? if not for channel u where would channel 8 get the idea of making dramas like holland V or xi ling men? if not for channel u would they improve so much in 4 years. and what is going to hapen to extra actors and actresses? does that mean they would lose their job? all for the sake of making more profit? is profit the only thing we care for our television environment?
in other countries television often make losses but they still managed to survive. why? so as to provide alternate forms of entertainments to others! so to provide vareity to people! so THAT PEOPLE WOULD HAVE A CHOICE OF WHAT THEY WANT TO WATCH!
almost everything in singapore is monopolised, i mean, cant we spare television? isnt the tv license fee enough to fill their pocket? (for ur information i dun think there is any other country that demands television license)
as we know mediacock is a whole owned subsidary of temasek holdings? what about singapore press holdings? also controlled by temasek holdings! and who controls temasek holdings? the garmen! so shouldnt te govt ensure that there is healthy media competition in singapore? i DO believe that there is enough space for competition. i mean look at the ppl retrenched. dont u find any sympathy with them?
channel U in my opinion is really a televison with gd quality shows. despite the fact that they r not as nice as b4 (as we all know they r losing quite lotta money...so not much fund for new shows ya?) but their hongkong dramas are always the beter quality among the two. ahhh a kindred spirit...
as seen by the fact that they can capture half of the chinese market shows how lousy mediacock's channel 8 was. competition is healthy!
*sob with this merger there may not be channel u or i anymore. that means i would say goodbye to those taiwanese entertainments shows like jacky gogogo and also there would be no more Yu-Gi-Oh! or Akubi chan!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
yes as i was saying, jc life appears to be tough and boring. or at least this applies for RJ.
damn, resaerch and mentorship program for the sciences program? gee dun these ppl hav a life? i mean i dun give a damn about those teeny weenie molecules or if u can create a one=poled magnet or watsoever. my experience in HPLC course has traumatised me greatly. (75% of the time i dun understand wat the hell is that gsk fella toking abt, oh man those little pipes and water flasks and monochrome printer.... i do remember)
oh btw i didnt go to other jc talks firstly due to the peer pressure, and secondly, they r almost of the same mark range and say if i manage to get withi the range my mum would definitely force me to go RJ :S so i guess its pretty pointless to go to other talks.....
but i've heard that HC talks is nice and fun. wat a paradox! hmz or isit an hyperbolical irony? i've forgotten all my lit stuffs
anywayz i dun think i would want to take triple science. it sounds nerdily gay to me and furthermore u only need two sciences to get into U. gee those ppl who went to our sch look damn nerdy and crappy, ok maybe the gal only but since she is supposed to represent the female population, couldnt they find a better alternative?
however as i have always believed,
there is no ugly woman, only lazy woman if she went for an etremely makeover she may look decent! just look at what happened to jacylyn tay lol. but i dun think these genre of ppl would ever want to make a change to their appeareance or watsoever. just look at those top scorers last yr! just wat kind of fashion disaster is that? except for Joy Kwek of course. not only she looks smart, but dress smart too :) that is indeed a nice sense of dressing!
okok that's sidetracking, so my point is tht, if ppl that taes double science is already so nerdy, then those taking triple would most likely end up as Dr puss-in-boots (no prize for guessing who SHE is)
oh ya an irony here:

the truth is, they dont even offer art! isnt this an irony? u said xJ offers a wide range of ARTs but u dun even offer ART as an subject in the first place! manwat is this?
but according to reliable source they will open class for us if there is indeed ppl taking art!
hmz i do hope i can take it, but i think my art sux really bad now.....two yrs didnt touch colour pencil or paintbrush liaoz, damn rusty.... furthermore i cant even complete a bloody yrbook pic...cant ever bear to look at the hideous stuff dat i've drawn...*sob
but i believe in a balanced education! i du think a person shld be too science or to art-oriented at tis will narrow thier mindscape. i certainly do not wis to grow up like losers who crack lame chem jokes
so will i succumb to pressure? well it depends whether i can make it into RJ in the first place ;)

well as if anyone would care.....
nvm the main thing is that im back to the blogging world once again! after 1 1/2 month of hiatus (well i think this is the word to use) due to my prelim effort im free to say watever i want =)
first thing is dat i think i've screwed my prelims pretty bad. yarh rite everyone says dat, u may say, but this time i think its pretty serious. never had i felt so despaired after exams, well with the exception of common test. i think i've wasted a couple of potential As such as biology, physics, A math, combo humans, lit and english. as for the other 2 im not very confident oso.
im damn upset now. F***, is this how this f***ing prelim reciprocate all my hard work and effort put during this one whole whore f***ing month?
first time in my life dat im actually preparing for the worst that i may not get into a decent jc for my first three months.
speaking of jc.....(to e continued tomolo...im human who need rest after all zzzz..)
